Terms & Conditions of Boarding

Fees

All boarding fees are charged by the day, or part day to include the day of arrival and the day of departure. A minimum boarding charge applies for stays of less than three days. Please see our current price list.

Extra services

Will be priced separately and added to the final account.
Payment. For boarding and other services may be made by cash or cheque. All fees are payable either in advance or on departure, as agreed at the time of booking. Long term bookings normally require charges to be paid monthly.

Vaccination

No pets will be accepted without Proof of full current vaccinations, covering your pet for the entire period of the booking. Note In this situation you are liable to pay the full booking fee. Vaccinations must include but are not limited to Dogs : Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, leptospirosis, and Canine Infectious Bronchitis (Kennel Cough) . Cats : Cat Flu, Feline infectious enteritis. Vaccination certificates must be presented at every stay and will be retained for the duration of the stay. (Note: All primary vaccinations and Kennel cough vaccinations must be administered at least 2 weeks prior to the arrival date)

Veterinary Advice

And treatment will be sought at our discretion.

Veterinary Fees

Any costs associated with veterinary treatment incurred during the boarding period are the responsibility of the client, this Includes but is not limited to Veterinary call out fees, Transportation of your pet to or from the vet’s (min £25 per journey), veterinary accommodation. All costs must be paid at the time of settling the boarding fees.

Parasites

It is the clients responsibility to ensure that their pets are treated for internal and external parasites. Should we find that any pet boarding with us is hosting any type of internal or external parasites, we reserve the right to treat the condition and any surrounding environment considered by us necessary, the cost of all such treatment will be added to the final bill.

Belongings

Clients are welcome to bring their own beds, toys, blankets etc… Please ensure that any belongings you wish to bring for your pet are clearly marked. Though we make every effort to ensure no items are lost, we will be playing with your pet on a regular basis & items can go missing, get chewed, broken or soiled. Therefore we cannot accept responsibility for these items and reserve the right to dispose of any item that is damaged or beyond repair / cleaning.

Pets Sharing

Only pets from the same household may share accommodation and this is entirely at the owners risk. We reserve the right to separate animals if in our opinion there is a risk to the safety of one or more of the pets sharing. The standard boarding charge for individual animals boarding will be the responsibility of the owner, and must be paid at the time of collection.

Special Needs

Pets with special needs / requiring extra care / administering of medication, may incur additional charges.

Pre-Existing Conditions

It is the clients responsibility to advise us of all pre-existing health conditions prior to the commencement of each boarding period.

Behaviour

The client is required to disclose on the booking form any issues relating to the pets behaviour / temperament / character. Though we emphasise that we will take the very best care of your pet during their stay with us, we cannot accept any responsibility for any injury or loss caused by your pets behaviour.

Bitches in season

Or due in season are accepted entirely at the clients risk.

Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse to board any animal that, is showing obvious signs of illness or distress that would be unsuitable for the boarding environment.

Cancelation Charges

We reserve the right to levy a 50% cancelation charge for any booking cancelled with less than ten clear days notice, or full boarding fee for cancelations of less than 48 hours, this includes early collection.

Abandoned Animals

In the event that your pet has not been collected on the agreed date, we will attempt to contact you or your emergency contact, if no contact is made within 7 days and /or alternative collection date agreed in writing then we reserve the right to have your pet removed to a re-homing centre. We also reserve the right to take legal action to recover any cost incurred in boarding feeding treating transporting rehoming.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
